Root code execution via unauthenticated firmware update

Improper update authentication in Nous W3 Smart WiFi Camera 1.33.50.82 allows physically proximate attackers to execute code as root. At boot or update, the firmware executes update_config.sh from a crafted update.tar on a FAT32 SD card as root after bundle, version, and MD5 checks that do not establish package authenticity. Physical access to the SD-card slot is sufficient; no network access, authentication, or user interaction is required, enabling full device control and persistent configuration changes.
