Local crash via threaded palette double-free

Double-free memory corruption in radiff2 in radareorg radare2 5.9.9 allows local users to crash the tool through threaded analysis. With the experimental -T option enabled, two analysis threads reach r_cons_pal_init and free the same palette allocation, as observed under AddressSanitizer. The upstream maintainer disputes practical impact because the race was not reproduced without AddressSanitizer, and the cited change only adds a crash warning.
