Database command execution via crafted email parameter
Published Jun 5, 2025 · Updated Jun 5, 2025
SQL injection in PHPGurukul Notice Board System 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute database commands through a crafted email request. The forgot-password.php handler incorporates the attacker-controlled email value into an SQL operation without adequately neutralizing SQL syntax. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful exploitation can read or modify application data and interrupt database-backed functions.
