Remote code execution via oversized NOOP argument

Buffer overflow in PCMan FTP Server 2.0.7 allows remote attackers to execute code by sending a crafted NOOP command. The NOOP handler copies an oversized command argument into a fixed-size stack buffer, allowing the saved instruction pointer to be overwritten. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful exploitation runs attacker-controlled code in the server process on Windows.
