Unauthenticated SQL execution via raw template rendering
Published Oct 17, 2025 · Updated Oct 17, 2025
SQL injection in MingSoft MCMS 5.5.0 through 6.0.1 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL through the content_title parameter. The /cms/content/list endpoint passes content_title into a FreeMarker-generated raw SQL string, and queryForList executes it without parameter binding. Exploitation is unauthenticated; stacked-query account changes require allowMultiQueries=true, while database file writes additionally require a highly privileged database account.
