Stored script execution via unsanitized menu fields

Stored XSS in SourceCodester Food Menu Manager 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts through menu fields. The Add Menu handler in /index.php stores name and description values without adequate validation or sanitization, then renders them on the menu page. Administrative menu-management access is required to inject a payload, and another user's browser must load the stored menu content for script execution.
