Incorrect access control in SourceCodester Web-based Pharmacy Product Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to gain admin access. The add-admin.php endpoint honors a replayed administrator session cookie without independently enforcing the low-privileged account's assigned role. A valid low-privileged login and an administrator cookie are required; successful exploitation permits privileged actions, including adding users.
