Improper access control in Ascertia SigningHub 8.6.8 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to exhaust resources through account creation. The Add User API accepts repeated account-creation requests without rate limiting or throttling, allowing the account population and database to grow unchecked. SigningHub authentication is required; automated creation can bloat the database and interrupt service, with no reported confidentiality impact.
