Database read and modification via fullname SQL injection
Published Jun 4, 2025 · Updated Jun 5, 2025
SQL injection in PHPGurukul Online Fire Reporting System 1.2 allows remote authenticated users to read or alter MySQL data. The reporting.php handler processes the POST fullname value without neutralizing quote-delimited SQL, allowing a crafted SLEEP expression to control query timing. A valid application session is the published gate; successful injection affects database confidentiality and integrity without a reported host-code-execution path.
