Authenticated command execution via network_set_wan_conf POST

OS command injection in Ruijie RG-BCR860 firmware allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands through a crafted POST request. The network_set_wan_conf handler in /usr/lib/lua/luci/controller/admin/netport.lua uses attacker-controlled request data in OS command execution without adequate neutralization; public material does not identify the parameter or shell construction. Low-privileged network access to the management service is required, after which commands execute on the router.
