Cross-site request forgery in KeeneticOS before 4.3 allows remote attackers to add full-permission users through the /rci API. The endpoint processes a forged account-creation request from a malicious page under the victim's authenticated router session without verifying user intent. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to visit attacker-controlled content; the resulting account grants full device-management permissions.
