Unauthenticated code execution via SET buffer overflow

A buffer overflow in FreeFloat FTP Server 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through an oversized SET command. The SET handler accepts 247 bytes of padding followed by an attacker-controlled instruction pointer and shellcode without enforcing an input bound. The published exploit uses anonymous FTP access and redirects execution to a reverse-shell payload, exposing any reachable service that permits such login.
