Service crash via empty multipart body

NULL pointer dereference in Open5GS 2.7.5 allows local users to crash an SBI service via an empty multipart/related HTTP POST body. The parse_multipart function in lib/sbi/message.c reads http->content[0] without checking whether an empty request left http->content as NULL. The request must reach an SBI HTTP/2 endpoint; successful exploitation segfaults the targeted AMF, AUSF, BSF, NRF, NSSF, PCF, SMF, UDM, or UDR process.
