Unauthenticated command execution via host_time injection

Command injection in NTPSyncWithHost in TOTOLINK A3300R 17.0.0cu.596_B20250515 allows attackers to execute commands via host_time. NTPSyncWithHost processes the attacker-controlled host_time value as command input without neutralizing command syntax. Access from an adjacent network requires no authentication or user interaction and permits unauthorized modification of router state, with no reported ability to read data or interrupt service.
