Privilege escalation in Dogukan Urker FlaskBlog 2.8.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to grant themselves admin access. The adminPanelUsers route processes userRoleChangeButton and calls changeUserRole before checking whether the session user is an administrator. Any signed-in user can submit the crafted form request, then delete users, posts, and comments through administrative functions.
