Unauthorized charging-session manipulation via concurrent ID reuse

Insufficient session expiration in all EVSELECT EVMAPA versions allows remote attackers to manipulate charging sessions via a reused station ID. The backend accepts multiple concurrent connections presenting the same valid charging-station ID instead of expiring or rejecting the duplicate session. Knowledge of a valid station ID is sufficient; overlapping sessions enable unauthorized access, inconsistent backend data, or charging-session changes.
