Unauthenticated router crash via unchecked WEP key

Stack-based buffer overflow in D-Link DIR-619L 2.06B01 allows remote attackers to crash the router via a crafted wireless setup request. The boa web server's formWlanSetup function copies the unbounded f_wds_wepKey parameter into a stack-local buffer, overwriting its return address. Unauthenticated network access to the management endpoint is sufficient; the demonstrated consequence is a persistent service crash, while code execution is asserted but not demonstrated.
