Unauthenticated command execution via unsanitized form parameters
Published Aug 18, 2025 · Updated Aug 18, 2025
OS command injection in TOTOLINK A3002R 4.0.0-B20230531.1404 allows remote attackers to execute commands through a web request. The Boa formMapDelDevice handler passes macstr, bandstr, and clientoff values into operating-system command processing without neutralizing shell metacharacters. No authentication or user interaction is required; the demonstrated consequence is arbitrary file creation or deletion on the router.
