Unauthenticated service crash via unbounded list copy
Published Aug 21, 2025 · Updated Jul 5, 2026
Stack overflow in Tenda AC15 firmware 15.03.05.19_multi_TD01 allows remote attackers to crash the router via a crafted list parameter. The fromSetIpMacBind handler copies newline-delimited list entries into a fixed-size stack buffer with strcpy and no length check. A network request requires no authentication or user interaction, and the published assessment limits impact to service interruption.
