Compilation interruption via invalid Inductor code generation

Uncaught exception in PyTorch Inductor 2.7.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to interrupt model compilation with a crafted model. proxy_tensor.py generates syntactically invalid Python when lowering Tensor.random_() or Tensor.uniform_() calls that omit keyword arguments, causing SyntaxError. Reachability requires an application to compile an attacker-controlled model with the Inductor backend; the exception aborts that compilation path.
