CVE-2025-55346Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Remote code execution via unsandboxed Function constructor

Published Aug 14, 2025 · Updated Aug 14, 2025

Code injection in Flowise 2.2.7-patch.1 and earlier allows attackers to execute arbitrary JavaScript through a crafted POST request. The CustomMCP node passes the mcpServerConfig string to convertToValidJSONString, which concatenates it into a Function constructor and executes it without a sandbox. Depending on the affected release, the endpoint is unauthenticated or requires authentication; successful execution runs with the Flowise host process's Node.js privileges.
