Unauthenticated account access via empty-password API login

Authentication bypass in 7ritn VaulTLS before 0.9.1 allows remote attackers to access user accounts through the login API. The user-creation handler hashes an empty string instead of storing NULL, while the login handler accepts API requests when password login is disabled. Knowledge of an affected account's email address is sufficient to authenticate with an empty password and obtain that account's certificate access and permissions.
