Code execution via externally controlled format string

Format-string injection in ImageMagick before 6.9.13-28 and 7.1.2-2 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code. InterpretImageFilename passes an attacker-controlled filename to FormatLocaleString, allowing format directives to read and overwrite process memory. Exploitation requires control of a processed filename and favorable memory layout; successful code runs with the ImageMagick process privileges.
