PostgreSQL superuser escalation via executable dump commands

Command injection in Aiven aiven-db-migrate before 1.0.7 allows attackers to gain PostgreSQL superuser access during migration. The _pg_dump_pipe_psql path streams source-controlled pg_dump output into psql, which interprets embedded commands against the target. Reachability requires a migration from an untrusted source server; embedded commands can elevate a source-side user to PostgreSQL superuser on the target.
