CVE-2025-55232Network attack vector

Unauthenticated code execution via scheduler deserialization

Published Sep 9, 2025 · Updated Feb 20, 2026

Deserialization of untrusted data in Microsoft HPC Pack 2019 before 6.3.8352 allows remote attackers to execute code over a network. The HPC Scheduler service on cluster head nodes deserializes attacker-controlled network data; Microsoft has not disclosed the handler or serialized format. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation executes code on the head node with confidentiality, integrity, and availability impact.
