Process crash via zero-dimension thumbnail division

Divide-by-zero in ImageMagick before 6.9.13-28 and 7.1.2-2 allows remote attackers to crash an image-processing process. GetGeometry parses a colon-only montage geometry as zero width or height, and ThumbnailImage divides the source dimensions by those zero values. Exploitation requires an application or operator to pass the malformed geometry string; the bounded consequence is abnormal termination of the ImageMagick process.
