AMF and MME crash via stale UE context

Reachable assertions in Open5GS 2.7.0 through 2.7.3 allow remote attackers to crash AMF or MME through cellular signaling. After an incomplete handover deletes a RAN context, gmm_state_authentication and emm_state_authentication assert on a failed context lookup instead of handling NULL. Exploitation requires crafted handover and repeated registration traffic using a duplicate subscriber identity, causing a service-interrupting process abort.
