Arbitrary SQL execution via unsanitized id_fichamedica
Published Aug 12, 2025 · Updated Aug 12, 2025
SQL injection in WeGIA before 3.4.8 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL through the id_fichamedica parameter. The aplicar_medicamento.php endpoint inserts the unvalidated parameter into database queries, causing injected SQL syntax to execute. The public endpoint requires no authentication; successful injection reads or changes database records and can interrupt database operations.
