Sanitizer-only abort via mismatched clone callback

Undefined behavior in ImageMagick before 6.9.13-27 and 7.1.2-1 allows attackers to abort sanitizer builds during image coalescing. CloneSplayTree calls ConstantString through an incompatible void-pointer callback type while cloning image profiles. The two-byte input reaches the path through MagickWand coalescing; UBSan builds abort deterministically, while non-sanitized builds do not crash.
