Uninitialized-memory access via capacity-based bounds check

Out-of-bounds access in Tokio Slab 0.4.10 allows local users to read uninitialized memory through get_disjoint_mut. The method validates each requested key against allocation capacity rather than the number of initialized entries before forming mutable references. Reachability requires a consuming process to pass a key beyond the slab length but below capacity; exposure is limited to memory within that process.
