Heap overwrite via MNG magnification integer overflow

Out-of-bounds heap write in ImageMagick before 6.9.13-27 and 7.1.2-1 allows remote attackers to corrupt memory via a crafted MNG file. The ReadOneMNGImage MAGN handler stores attacker-controlled multiplication and addition results in 32-bit dimensions; overflow underallocates the destination before pixel expansion writes controlled data outside it. Triggering requires processing an MNG with a source dimension near 65,535, while the published example 8KP dimension policies prevent the input from reaching the faulty path.
