CVE-2025-55145Network attack vector

Authenticated HTML5 session hijacking via missing authorization

Published Sep 9, 2025 · Updated Feb 26, 2026

Missing authorization in Ivanti secure access products allows remote authenticated users to hijack existing HTML5 connections. The public record identifies HTML5 connection handling as the affected locus but does not disclose the request handler, identifier, or omitted ownership check. Exploitation requires a valid account and interaction by a user with an existing HTML5 connection; a successful hijack exposes and alters that session and can interrupt it.
