Web-service denial via inconsistent HTTP request length

CWE-130 in MELSEC iQ-F CPU module web servers allows remote attackers to delay HTTP processing and block legitimate web access. The request parser mishandles a length parameter that is inconsistent with its associated HTTP data, leaving web-server processing delayed. Unauthenticated network access to the enabled web server is sufficient; the bounded consequence is loss of web-server use, not loss of PLC control.
