Stored JavaScript execution via unsanitized comment content
Published Jun 3, 2025 · Updated Jun 3, 2025
Stored cross-site scripting in quequnlong shiyi-blog 1.2.0 through 1.2.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript. The /dev-api/api/comment/add endpoint stores the content field without neutralizing HTML event-handler markup, so the payload executes when the saved comment is rendered. A valid blog login is required to submit the comment, and another user must view it; the demonstrated payload executes in that viewer's browser.
