Authentication bypass via NULL-truncated certificate email

Authentication bypass in BMC Control-M/Agent 9.0.18 through 9.0.22.000 allows remote attackers to bypass ACLs via a crafted certificate. The C router compares the email address from the client certificate only through the first NULL byte, so a crafted value passes an ACL check. Reachability requires TLS, an enabled email-address ACL, and the C router; JAVA_AR=N selects it on 9.0.21 and later.
