Unauthenticated code execution via unenforced mutual TLS

Missing authentication in BMC Control-M/Agent 9.0.18 through 9.0.22 allows remote attackers to execute code through its network service. The server-to-Agent listener accepts job and file-operation requests without mutually authenticating the connecting peer when TLS is absent or improperly configured. Exposure requires reachable server-to-Agent connectivity and missing Security Level 4 mutual authentication; successful requests permit code execution and arbitrary file reads and writes.
