Stored XSS in Esri ArcGIS Enterprise Sites 10.9.1 through 11.4 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in a visitor's browser. The site editor stores attacker-supplied content without neutralizing an embedded script, which later runs when another user opens the affected site. The attacker must be able to create or edit a site, and exploitation requires a user to trigger the stored payload; execution is confined to that user's browser context.
