Remote IPv6 outage via persistent ND cache exhaustion

Denial of service in Eclipse ThreadX NetX Duo 6.4.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to block new IPv6 communication. The IPv6 Packet Too Big handler creates neighbor-discovery cache entries for spoofed source addresses, but leaves them permanently in the CREATED state instead of probing, aging, or reclaiming them. More than 15 distinct spoofed sources can exhaust the cache without authentication or user interaction, blocking communication with new IPv6 addresses until the device is power-cycled.
