Device crashes via unchecked SNMPv3 security parameter parsing

Out-of-bounds read in Eclipse ThreadX NetX Duo before 6.4.4 allows remote attackers to crash devices through crafted SNMPv3 requests. In nxd_snmp.c, _nx_snmp_version_3_process reads buffer_ptr[0] and buffer_ptr[1] without first ensuring that buffer_length is at least two. The SNMP add-on must be present and reachable, and a malformed or truncated request can cause a crash, memory corruption, or other system instability.
