AMF crash via omitted repeated-path-switch N2 response

Reachable assertion in Open5GS 2.7.0 through 2.7.3 allows remote attackers to crash the AMF by repeating an NGAP PathSwitchRequest. When unchanged tunnel data is repeated, ngap_handle_path_switch_request_transfer returns HTTP 204 without the N2 acknowledgement data expected by the AMF SM-context state machine. A connected UE and gNB must complete one path switch and repeat the request; the second response reaches ogs_assert_if_reached and aborts the AMF process.
