Command injection in create-mcp-server-stdio before 0.0.13 allows remote attackers to execute commands through which-app-on-port. The tool interpolates its port argument into an lsof shell command passed to Node.js exec, so shell metacharacters start additional commands. Exploitation requires a running generated MCP server and a crafted tool call, including through prompt injection; commands run with the server process's privileges.
