Arbitrary file read via unsanitized log path

Path traversal in the BAE SOCET GXP Job Service 4.6.0.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read local files via crafted jobs. The service accepts a caller-supplied job log-file location without sanitizing the path, then exposes that file through its log-monitoring feature. The caller must be able to submit jobs, and file access is limited to data readable by the account running the Job Service.
