SYSTEM privilege escalation via privileged file deletion

ManageEngine Endpoint Central agents before 11.4.2508.14, 11.4.2516.06, or 11.4.2518.01 allow local users to gain SYSTEM access. During policy refresh, the Windows agent binary dcconfig.exe performs privileged file deletion that a low-privilege user can exploit. A low-privilege local account is required; successful exploitation deletes arbitrary files with agent privileges and elevates the account to SYSTEM.
