Runtime crash via unchecked primitive argument stacks

Out-of-bounds access in Meta Platforms ExecuTorch before 0.7.0 allows remote attackers to crash the runtime via a crafted model. Primitive kernels index argument stacks without first verifying the expected element count, so malformed model instructions can access entries outside the stack span. A deployment must accept and load an attacker-controlled model; Meta reports potential code execution but provides no demonstrated execution path.
