Sensitive data disclosure via unvalidated document URI
Published Aug 20, 2025 · Updated Aug 20, 2025
Server-side request forgery in EcoStruxure Power Monitoring Expert allows remote attackers to read sensitive data from reachable resources. The GetPagesAsImages method accepts a document-supplied URI without validating its destination before requesting the referenced resource. No authentication or user interaction is required; the Advanced Reporting and Dashboards Module is affected through its PME deployment, and successful requests expose resources reachable as LOCAL SERVICE.
