Local code execution via implicit joblib loading

Arbitrary code execution in skops before 0.13.0 allows attackers to run code locally by supplying a malicious model to Card. The _load_model helper treats any non-ZIP input as a joblib file and deserializes it without the trusted-type validation used for .skops files. Exploitation requires the crafted file to reach code that instantiates Card; execution occurs with that Python process's privileges.
