Predictable random values via overflowed rejection mask

Cryptographic weakness in Vision UI before 1.5.0 allows remote attackers to predict security-sensitive random integers via ranges larger than 2³². The getSecureRandomInt helper builds its rejection-sampling mask with a 32-bit left shift, so ranges needing at least 32 bits receive an incorrect mask and heavily biased output. Exploitation requires a consuming feature to call the helper with attacker-influenced bounds spanning more than 2³² values, reducing the effort needed to guess secrets or tokens.
