Heap memory corruption via unchecked header failure

Out-of-bounds heap write in OpenJPEG 2.5.1 through 2.5.3 allows attackers to corrupt process memory via a truncated JPEG 2000 stream. opj_jp2_read_header continues after opj_j2k_read_header fails, then uses an uninitialized p_image pointer to write color-space and ICC-profile fields. When a caller leaves p_image uninitialized, prior process state determines whether the writes crash the process or overwrite other heap data.
