TCC bypass via enabled RunAsNode fuse

Improper access control in Electron Capture 2.19.1 and earlier allows local users to read TCC-protected data through Node.js execution. The packaged macOS elecap binary leaves RunAsNode and Node CLI fuses enabled, so ELECTRON_RUN_AS_NODE and -e execute attacker-supplied JavaScript in the app's TCC-authorized context. Local code execution and prior TCC grants to the app are required; the resulting child process can access protected files, camera, or microphone without a new consent prompt.
