Unauthenticated apmd crash via invalid JWT header

Out-of-bounds read in F5 BIG-IP APM allows remote attackers to crash apmd by sending traffic with an invalid JWT header. The APM OAuth JWT parser reads beyond a buffer boundary while parsing the invalid header, terminating the apmd process. Exposure requires a Resource Server or Resource Client OAuth access profile on a virtual server, and the reported consequence is an APM service interruption.
